Hollister Creative wins 2015 Davey Award for Drexel University’s Vision 2020 Brochure
Hollister Creative, a Philadelphia marketing communications agency, has been named a Silver Winner in the Cause Marketing category by the 2015 Davey Awards. The winning entry was a brochure for Vision 2020, a national coalition of organizations and individuals working to achieve economic, political and social equality for women. The client was Drexel University College of Medicine, which hosts the Vision 2020 initiative.
“This is absolutely wonderful and we so appreciate the creative contributions made by Hollister Creative,” said Lynn Yeakel, Vision 2020 Founder and Director of the Institute for Women’s Health and Leadership at Drexel University College of Medicine.
“The Davey Awards honor the finest creative work from the best small agencies worldwide. Working with Drexel University is always a pleasure and we are proud to help advance the visibility of such an important cause,” said Kim Landry, President of Hollister Creative.
“Small Firms, Big Ideas,” is the Davey Awards’ motto. The annual awards, selected by the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts (AIVA), honor “creative Davids” around the world — small firms that achieve results for their clients through out-of-the-box thinking instead of a “Giant’s payroll.”
AIVA is a 700+ member organization of leading professionals from various disciplines of the visual arts. Current membership represents a “Who’s Who” of leading media, advertising and marketing firms, including: Condé Nast, Disney, GE, Microsoft, Monster.com, MTV, Publicis, Sesame Workshops and Yahoo.
The 2015 Davey Award brings Hollister Creative’s total awards in international marketing, design, and communication competitions, to 20 in the last three years.
