How We Work

1. A creative team member will be your guide. Every member
of the creative team is a project manager. We don't have account reps. There is no middle man between the client and the creative team. You communicate directly with the people who are making your vision come to life. It's not only more efficient, it's more fun!

2. We coordinate design and writing so you don't have to.
If you've worked with freelancers, you've probably struggled to get the writer and designer on the same page. Hollister's writers and designers collaborate throughout the process to achieve the most effective combination of words and images.

3. You will know the project cost before we begin. We will agree on the scope of work at the outset. If the scope changes, you will review the cost update in advance. There are no surprises at invoice time.

4. You will see proofs at specific project milestones. The project schedule will build in whatever time you need for internal review at each stage. The review process ensures steady forward progress with no time-wasting "wrong turns."

5. The Hollister team will meet all project deadlines. Once we agree to a project schedule, our turnaround times are guaranteed. If your internal reviews are completed on time as well, your project will be completed on or before the deadline.
